Dates to Remember

Tuesday, September 3 through Monday, September 9

The system enhancements will begin Tuesday, September 3, 2024, and continue through Monday, September 9, 2024. Community Bank will be closed on Saturday, September 7. All normal activity will resume Monday, September 9, 2024. 

Prior to Conversion week, please call (304) 485-7991. After Thursday, September 5, please call our dedicated number (304) 916-7528.

 

Conversion Weekend: What is affected.

  • ACH or electronic payment that are pending (i.e. house payments, payroll, etc.) may post on Thursday, September 5 or Friday, September 6 depending on when we receive the ACH file, which could be prior to the effective date in certain cases.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay will NOT be available from 5:00 p.m. on Thursday through Monday morning.
  • All offices will close at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and will remain closed through the weekend. We will resume normal office hours on Monday.
  • ATM account balance information will not be available from 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3 through the weekend. Account balances will be current on Monday, September 9.
  • Telephone Banking will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on Thursday through Monday, September 9.

 

Post Conversion: What will change.

  • You will need to re-enroll for Mobile Banking on Monday, September 9. Apple® users will need to update the mobile app on their device. Android™ users will need to remove their current app and re-download the new mobile app.
  • For your initial Online Banking login, you will use your current username and your password will be your current username + the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or EIN. You will be prompted to change your password.
  • For your initial Telephone Banking call, you will use a temporary PIN which will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to select a new 4-digit PIN.

 

Special Notice About Your Debit Cards

You will receive a new contactless debit card prior to Wednesday, September 4. It will be available to use for purchases and withdrawals on Wednesday, September 4, after activating by calling 877-965-3344.

Remember to shred your old card as soon as you activate your new one.
